HT Media,

On 15th January, 2021, I booked my HT news paper for one year through payment of Rs 899 through Paytm (ref no [protected]). I am extremely sorry to say that till date, I have not received the coupon for the HT newspaper. If this is the service of HT Media, than next time I have to really think of whether to continue with this paper or not. I am your customer from last 8 years.

Please see into the matter and let me know at earliest.
