H1 Base — Cheating in H1B processing

I have been cheated by taking money for H1B processing. I have paid total of 3 Lakhs out of which 1 Lakh has been returned back but remaining amount excluding processing fees is not yet paid.
I have made several calls but of no use. I am frustrated as these consultants are not responding properly. Please help.

I want to lodge a complaint against the company called h1base india...they have already taken the initial fee of 17000 inr and dd of rrs 35000 in favour o[censored]scis which has already cleared long ago All this was for my application for h1b visa and interviews none of which could be processed... Its a fraud company who have taken all my money and are now not responding to any of my mails n calls.. I am filing a legal case against them and...
