Last Year in January 2012, I wanted to go for health reduction prog. for which I simply approached looks essentia , Saloon located in Sec. 18
Centre Stage Mall...I had been told with guarantee in the saloon that i will get reduction in my weight soon..and in case if i am not satisfied with the result I can go for ther services to avail the remaining Balance...I paid sum where around Rs16000..and started the treatment, For Three Months around I underwent thru the prog. but didnt find any result.. so I asked them to stop the prog. as I Felt I Am Uselessly spending money..I asked them to give me the services of the remaining balance..They agreed but told me that there will only be selected services which i can avail..which was not told to me before..anyways still i agreed..and went for the facial..but the services i received were not at all satisfying .. They treated me simply as if sumhow they have to finish up the formality of offering me the services..the manager sent the highest untrained unprofessional girl To me for the facial with worst of product which I realized soon as it caused irritation and few blisters.over my face..i complained against and asked them to return my remaining balance..as I clearly understood well that they are not going to give me standard services Because the money has already reached to them..They straight away refused to return my money and said I can only be provided up with services not money..i wanted to end up everything by taking services but every-time i went i returned Back with bad experience only either of the product or of their behavior or ethics...which upset me really...finally I decided not to go and forget the remaining balance of Rs4000 ..but Recently I came to know from one of my friend about consumer court and she advised me that at least I should inform about this bad experience on consumer complain..and so i did it...i don't know If there can be sum thing done or not..but I Am happy that at least I Am complaining against their bad business ethics.. As I had been abroad for around 15 years..we came back only 4 years back around..and in abroad life I never felt anybody cheating on other esp. in business.. so all these things disturbs me a lot when i see people not having fair dealings .. anyways im happy that I at-least wrote about them..
