[Resolved]  Shoppinghomeindia.com — Refund of money

I have ordered for a product "Ervamatin" on 09th june 2013 with order number- 68639 for Rs 1400/- through my credit card in a online shopping site "http://www.shoppinghomeindia.com". When I have not recieved any response from that site for 2 weeks, i enquired the site on given phone number on that site. On 5-6 attempt on phone i could contact the site and the lady informed me that the product is out of stock and money will be refunded. but i have not recived the money till today (01st july 2013) and again after several attempts when i could contact on given number today the lady informed that they will refund through cheque but will deduct 4% . This is a cheating becuase still the product is appearing on site and many persons are loosing 4% in their site. I don't know wheather they will refund the money or not but such thing should be stopped in any case.
