Hi i have booked my package through hamara travel from delhi - shimla - manali - delhi
Here are my experience with them, they mentioned that the hotels are 3 star rated (Himalayan escape in shimla) way far far far from the city and lost 3 hrs each day due the distance.. Coming to hotel its just an okay... Personally did not like it all.. No power and have to shower with cold water where the temperature was in single degree... Damn freezing and they rate the hotel as 3 star... They could not even provide the hot water and there is no backup generator for electricity. Food was okay okay in the hotel... Had no choice to go out and get the food as it was app. 35 kms away from shimla mall road
Coming to manali the hotel name is avenue manali... Worst maintenance... We stayed in hotel without power for three full days... No room service until unless asked for it... No bathroom cleanings for all 3 full days... For every work we have to keeping begging them...
None of the member from hamara travel followed up with us once they received the full amount.
When we tried to reach them either they are busy or they ignored our call... After long try we get a chance to talk to them... Upon explaining the situation of what we have gone through... They say to pay extra money i[censored] need to change the hotel... Which is very unfair as we have already paid 50, 000 rs for 2 adults and 2 kids for 5n/6d package of shimla / manali
Over all what i would like to say... Plz do not go with hamara travels and waste your money and ruin ur vacation... We so much hard work we save the moeny and go for vacation for stress reliefe but in my case it was full of waste... (Lost money, time and learnt many lesson for being nice / kind and trusting people Was this information helpful? |
