I placed an order for a table lamp and a water bottle+coaster combo on the 9th of Feb. Two days later I ordered another bottle+coaster combo. After numerous attempts to contact them and multiple unanswered msgs.. Someone called me and said that according to their site, they take upto 20 working days and that cancellations are not allowed. Then I received the second bottle in March. Upset, I had given up hope on my first order. Then the order arrived on the 11th of April and I was shocked to find that only the table lamp and coaster arrived. The bottle didn't come. When I contacted them they said they wanted an unboxing video and that without it they cannot do anything. I even told them that the box was not big enough to fit a bottle anyway. Disappointed, I told them to keep the money of the bottle as a donation. I'm very very upset... Not just because I wasted money on these cheats, but because these were supposed to be valentine's day gifts for my husband which partially arrived and on top of that in April.
