Hangama Sales — Faulty pendrive

I ordered HP v220w Pen drive (32GB)

As I checked the product it found faulty.
I could not able to copy the files from my laptop & desktop.
So many times I tried to copy the files, and try the format but failed.
I also mail tried to mail, but mail delivery also failed.
It's very disturbing that such e-commerce companies can make such kind of sofisticated cheating.
Need to take strict action against this company.
And my money should be refunded

I have received dublicate 32gb pendrive from hangama ...fake website .. dont buy any products this site... i have lost Rs.670
Kindly take strict action against this company..
