If I booked a single seat at higher price, I should get the single seat. Bus from PUNE TO DEORI (3:40pm on 27th August ) is cancelled It's your fault not ours. You should transfer me to only single seat only. One thing is that you are not asking even before transferring to other bus and if you are transferring, I should get the single seat as I booked. The seat I booked was seat no. 10 which cost me Rs.2100 and you transferred me to different time bus and provided a shared seat which have a cost of Rs 1700. Ideally I should get the RS 400 hundred back or you should have transferred me to a single seat.
