Hans Travels — Bus got cancelled and refund not received

I am vishal jodwal, I booked 2 bus tickets from Indore to Guna (M.P) from paytm with bus services Hans Travel.

They have cancelled the ticket on the same travel day. Also iam not received my refund money.
