I had a bus which i had to sit in from andheri i was trying to contact the bus driver through the no. I got on message all the while he was saying me toh bs khetwadi se jaungga vaha se dusri bus h if it was lliike that appropriate no. Should have been given nd he was again nd again disconnecting the call! I had to sit at 19.31 i got there by 19.28 i was still scared of missing he wasn't telling anything, so i thought it would be better to reach some other stop i went all the way sion from andheri paid 300 for auto. When i reached there i came to know bus was about to come at 9.00 i reached there at 8.20 itself although the time in the app was mentioned that at 8.30 bus will reach sion.1/2 hr late. Then when at 9.00 a hans travel bus stropped i asked was it indore bus they said no he said it will come in few min after few min another bus came it didn't even stopped driver nd conductor went on asking from window without even stopping the bus then i luckily called hanstravel they gave me another no. I called on it he said hum toh nikkal. Gye vaha se cchuna bhatti pr h aa jao aap i had to come running almost 1/2km coz no auto was available. When i came here he wrote my seat no. On my bag and then he said aap bag le kr piche aa jao meri tbyat kharab h although it's there duty to keep it in. I had to keep the myself in dicky. Then when i was entering bus he said kuch kharcha pani dedo jb utarna rahega utar dunga. Never travelling in hans bus again. I expect a refund of my amount or appropriate concession if not i would approach for legal action.
