Worst service i ever had. At the time of picking from wakad some other bus came delayed by 15 min, then on sangamwadi where we change the bus that one is also delayed by 20 min approx. We supposed to reach at destination by 9:15 but bus was delayed by 3 -4 hrs. Also due to some issue we have to change bus which has no facilities of blanket and space is too low. We reached indore by 12:30 pm where bus drop us outer side of indore near to bhawar kuan. Where i stay at geeta bhawan which cost me another 300 rs to reach at home in afternoon. I want refund of 50% otherwise will file legal complaint against bus management.
