Hans Travels — No refund received of cancelled ticket

My Booking PNR:[protected] .
I cancelled my ticket on 14th May 2023 online through hans travel website, the refund as per policy should be done within 5-7 banking days but yet not received the payment.

I have called the customer service so many times but every time they told that the refund will be done in 48 hours or 24 hours and so on... so far the funds have not been received. Despite of requesting customer care executive to forward the call to their manager but manager or supervisor does not come forward for attending the customer request or escalation. It's a pathetic company, they are just not intending to pay the money back of the cancelled ticket. Its a mental harassment. They does not entertain the request when we went physically to their office and asked us to contact customer care of hans. Unfortunately their customer care is helping us out. Refund is of only 1118/- for which they are fooling us.
