I have booked a ticket from Indore to Jaipur Hans travels by redbus of RS 2000 for A/C BUS on 9 Aug 2020 but they said AC BUS is not available you have to Go through non A/C bus then said they said you have to give 1600 for non A/C I said ok, they said we LL transfer remaining 400 RS to your a/c from which you booked the ticket but till now no money is refunded and when my cousin goes to collect cash from the Indore Hans travel counter they said the ticket you bought is of 1000 RS and they are giving 100 RS to my cousin, what the hell is this, you people think we are fools, wait Hans travels I am going to mail each n every possible authority regarding this about your company, redbus yesterday again contact me for the second time n this to time they give me the number of vikas malviya of Hans travels to talk regarding refund of money, redbus said to me wait for Sunday then call him on Monday regarding refunding of money tommorow I'll call vikas for refund if he ll not provide me the refund or not talking to me with proper behavior I'll again reach to redbus n mail them n mail all consumer forum regarding this matter, redbus I think too making fools to customer by just talking n taking good feedback from their customers before the complainer matter gets resolved, guys don't waste your money by not taking refund for their mistakes, if we do that that's why they are doing these cheap things with the customers, raise your voices please.
