Hans Travels — Refund not processed

I have booked a ticket from Indore to Jaipur Hans travels by redbus of RS 2000 for A/C BUS on 9 Aug 2020 but they said AC BUS is not available you have to Go through non A/C bus then said they said you have to give 1600 for non A/C I said ok, they said we LL transfer remaining 400 RS to your a/c from which you booked the ticket but till now no money is refunded and when my cousin goes to collect cash from the Indore Hans travel counter they said the ticket you bought is of 1000 RS and they are giving 100 RS to my cousin, what the hell is this, you people think we are fools, wait Hans travels I am going to mail each n every possible authority regarding this about your company.
