Dear sir, I had booked 3 tickets from Hans travels website but any reason bus cancel then Hans travels representative told me within 3 days refund your money but till date not received . many times talk & email to Hans travels for refund but always ensure send 2 or days but now completed 1.5 month. Dear sir my request take necessary action for refund. I have book a ticket for yeola to dhamnod in hans travels for 22april 2022 I have cancelled it but no refund have been submitted to my account I have call their head office 2-3 times but they said refund has been done. Sir please take action. My prn was[protected]
