I have paid an amount of Rs. 2200/- of 2 Times on Dated 13/08/2022 through “One Credit Card No. [protected]” for Kanpur To Indore Bus Ticket Booking from Hans Travels, Indore, on his website https://www.hanstravel.in, but The amount was deducted from my One Credit Card No. [protected] at that time, but the transaction was not processed. 1 payment is return received on dated 15/08/2022 but 1 amount is not refund on till date. So please check & refund on this amount as earlier Please do your best for return of my amount.

Hi,
I have booked the bus ticket from Pune to Indore and then later that plan was cancelled so i cancelled my ticket but now it is been 10 days and the refund amount has not been credited into my account
