I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the service I received from your bus staff yesterday night. I was travelling from Indore to Raipur on your last bus and had an unpleasant experience with the staff.
We have discuss with your respective pilot which mobile number is [protected] but he is taken 1, 800 Rs (09:15PM) after reach Devas with me and not given any tickets regarding this.
We have taken support of our reservation bus at same time in between ways and completed our journey.
Pls justify me about charges taken by your pilot also rudely behaviour.
