Hans Travels — Very bad behaviour of driver.and helpline line customer care

I am travelling Hyderabad to Indore today 13/12/2023 time 3:40 Pm raat me 2:30Am pe jore se hisab lagi thi driver ko bola bhaiya gaadi ko 2 minute ke liye rok kar kahi baathroom Kara do drive bola 2 ghante se pahle nahi rukegi Maine Hans travel indore me helpline me call Kiya to help line wale ko problem bataya to usne bola ki jab pesab lagti hai to to bus me kyo aaye gadi nahi rukegi Jo karna hai kar lo. PNR no.
