I have booked my SpiceJet flight ref HBB96XXG with Happy Fares from Hyderabad to Kolkata. Flight was cancelled by airline i supposed to get full refund of 13310 however happy fares is charging 1000 fees and refunding 12310 which is not right as flight was cancelled by Airline not by me.
