HappyEasyGo — Amount not refunded

Booked flight ticket with happyeasygo letter on my flight cancelled by airline with full refund. I have mailed so many times to happyeasygo to refund my amount but they didn't responded. Not able to connect the customer care as no phone not is working of happyeasygo, my flight is Airasia from mumbai to delhi in the name of Vinod Goswami on 6th of december with PNR A8247H
