HappyEasyGo — help: flight ticket cancellation refund (pnr #: hygeniq - ticket for del-blr) | |||
Hi, I had an accident and doctor recommended for acl (Ligament tear) reconstructive surgery in the 2nd week of november and due to which i could not travel to my home town for dusherra pooja. I reached-out to happyeasygo on sep 12 ([protected]@happyeasygo.com & [protected]@goair.in) and informed that because of the accident, i will not be able to travel and requested to cancel the ticket (Pnr #: hygnnq) and refund the amount. Never go a response from both of them. After trying to connect multiple times, even logged a case with airsewa (Grievance # qb697861) on sep 30 and again no response. Finally, my wife called happyeasygo and now they are saying that the ticket which was bought for rs. 14, 784/- we will get a refund of approximately rs.1, 000/- because goair will deduct rs.9, 000+ (3k per person + convenience fee) and happyeasygo will deduct rs.3, 750 (1k per person + convenience fee). I believe this is fleecing the customer because i cancelled the ticket on genuine reason (Attaching mri report) and above that cancellation charges are 90% of amount paid, which could have been adjusted/refunded in multiple ways (Coupons/date of travel etc.) I would request to help me regarding my predicament at the earliest and refund the appropriate amount.
