I have booked my flight from Visakhapatnam to Goa (IndiGo airlines) with PNR No. KIUYRM for the date 04.04.2020 through HappyEasyGo and the flight has been cancelled by the airlines due to the lockdown of covid 19. Accordingly the IndiGo paid me the difference amount to my account and the booking amount which has paid to the HappyEasyGo has been deposited to the same agent on 3rd Sep 2020 by the IndiGo and advised me to contact HappyEasyGo to get into my account. Same has been informed to the Happy EasyGo throgh the customer contact and through email. In spite of continuous follow up, till now Happy EasyGo not responded surprisingly. It is very unfortunate to experience such negligence and irresponsibility from the HappyEasyGo. Kindly take necessary action on HappyEasyGo and arrange my refund at the earliest.
