I have placed an order in harfun.in on 15th August 2025 and they did not ship my order till September and I got delivered that order on 18th September 2025. They said some stories for the delay and I accepted but the ordered one is bigger for me so I requested them for an exchange and the very next day they picked up the product and till date ( 26th October 2025 ) I did not receive any kind of information from them
They are giving very late reply only when I asked them that too they are responding for 2 days and no proper communication channel for them. Please sir you involve in this and give me a solution.
