I have a gas connection number 38415 with Hari Singh Gas Agecy.On[protected] I have booked a cylinder but till date I haven't recd. the same.I call for online status of my cylinder on last monday and I shocked to know that cylinder has been delivered on[protected].I don't know who delivered the cylinder and to whom?I went to my gas agency on[protected] for complaining about the same.there staff member took this matter very lighly and said to me.we dont know we have given the same to our delivery boy with slip.
I asked them what will you do for that, they said we will deliver the cylinder tomorrow but till date not I recd my cylinder or my booking/delivery slip.my booking ref. was [protected].
