I have been looted off from my supplier which is named as rashi peripherals pvt ltd and jbl india collectively by sending a wrong & fraud product. The piece that has been sent to me has a serious manufacturing defect which has being ignored by the company and the supplier. 1) the speaker never turns off. Whenever i turn it off from the power button ; it turns on automatically in next 3-5 seconds. So it’s kind of permanently on. 2) the charging duration and time as claimed by jbl is not matching with the speaker for real. There are total five charging indicators/pointers on the speaker, and i haven’t used it even for a minute, yet it took almost 9 hours for it to get charged ; that too even not fully but upto just 4 pointers/indicators. Kindly take this piece back and replace it with a verified and genuine product with no manufacturing defects ; or else please refund me back my money. Received no response or call back from the company till date despite of repeated calls, emails and complaints. Only received a fraudulent response email by the company which says my product is out of warranty and i need to pay for the repair and its lying with the service centre. But the truth is that then defective product is under warranty and is still lying packed with me. Please take legal action against this fraud company and provide justice to me
