I have ordered JBL 2.1 speaker product from the harman website on 3rd july, 2018 and till today no response from harman and my product is also not shipped yet.

Very poor customer care and we are kept in queue and call's get disconnected automatically.

Sent many emails and no response from harman side.

I have not received any updates from Harman, can some please help me to get the product or refund the money back.

Seems Harman is useless, shamless and fake guys.
