The product causing problem in pairing within one month of purchase. I have complaint to JBL. Service center ask me to pay 2500/- rupees for repair the product whereas the product is under warranty. the technician says that the product's PCB damaged due to electrical supply fluctuations whereas I have many electrical equipment they do not show any problem except this jbl soundbar.
It is very painful to see this type of service from JBL.

At this situation I don't see any difference between local product without warranty and a branded product with warranty.
