Harpic Toilet Cleaner — poor quailty of harpic toilet cleaner

I purchased a harpic toilet cleaner from my colony shop at jaipur rajasthan. After the use of its I found this time liquid cleaner is thin(patla). I always use harpic toilet cleaner.
