They claim to be a company but have no customer care employees, there are no other employees other than Sandeep who takes care of the Bangalore godown. He will only take your booking and will claim that everything will be super smooth but that’s not true at all. They took my household items to their godown and without my confirmation transported it. They didn’t share any bill, they did not confirm the amount and transported my goods. Since, they transported it I had to pay what they were asking for. This is their strategy to get money from customers. I URGE YOU TO NOT TAKE THEIR SERVICES AT ALL. They will dupe you for money, they will delay the transportation by giving you wrong timelines. They will stop picking up your call. They will talk to you so rudely and they do not value their customers at all.
One of their employees said this and I quote, “We have a lot of customers, and we don’t have time to talk to you and listen to you. We don’t care about your problem because we have other people to deal with.”
DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY!
