i am requesting to customer care for cancellation of new credit card ending with 8758. I was recieved 15 to 17 days back and same day i did a call to customer care for cancellation of card because it was wrong commitment but no call back of revert from concern depptt thwn i did wait for some days more and i called again to cutomercare at 6th oct and registered a complaint(complaint no.[protected] for concern and i got 11th Oct for resolve but no response when i called at 11th oct at eveng to customercare but they have no status and said to me for again registered a complaint(complaint no.[protected] and again got a date for solve is 17th. Dear team pls follow it as priorty and cancel .the card. Thanks
