Haryana Government — Compensation cheques provided for crop loss in 2015

Last year nearly 2, 000 villagers of Teh. Farrukhnagar, who were given compensation cheques by the state government after their crops were damaged by nonseasonal rain and hailstorm, have not been able to claim the money. The reason: The cheques, which were issued, have bounced. I deposited the cheques in the PNB Hailymandi branch, but the cheque bounced because there was insufficient funds in the tehsildar’s account.

I don't know whither this is the right forum of my complain against the Government for the amount that had been issued under my name.
