Haryana Transport Department — Misbehavior by driver and conductor | |||
I am travelling from chandigarh to delhi by Haryana roadways bus that starts at 5 pm (date : 5/11/16) i sat on a seat which was unoccupied and for this small reason, both driver and conductor started to misbehave with me and infact abused me. A very bad incident and i feel very insulted. i request you to kindly take strict action against both of them if customer satisfaction matters to Haryana transport department. No bus to delhi from sonipt bus stand after 12 to 1 pm on 11-11-16. And at inquiry counter there was no complaint register as ranbir said, the person at duty. No one responded adequetly.
