Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] — Unethical behaviour in huda working/harrasment for customers

The complaint is regarding HUDA Plot No. 2283, Sec 1&4 hisar, Haryana
I am the owner of plot (SUNIL DATT SHARMA).
Last year i was planning to build house on my above plot for that i availed the full and final one time payment by HUDA and deposited 147769 on 27/09/2022 and applied for physical possession of land which was rejected due to increase in area on physical verification by JE On 21/10/2022.
I again applied for possession and personal follow up at HUDA Office Hisar physical possession of land on 21/11/2022.
I asked for conveyance deed for The above plot but HUDA officials told that first the area will be updated in online system than only it will be feasible .
After 02 months of personal follow up the extra area updated in the system and now i was confident for deed, i applied for conveyance deed in march, 23 for conveyance deed, after personal follow ups it was updated in system on 08/JUNE/22 . the extra area cost updated in the system whose value was Rs 6006 but with interest the value which i paid was 27625 (on behalf of the compound interest) amount more 4.5 times than the actual value. on 08/JUNE/22.
The same day i got three copies of the conveyance deed papers with the increased total cost of land (which was increased to Rs. 669816 from 663810 due to extra area) and got stamps accordingly and deposited to HUDA office on 08/06/23 for CD.
The application rejected on 14/06/23 due to enhancement cost not updated in the system. Again i took personal follows up in HUDA office, i want to take to the notice that there is no support of HUDA person for the customers and you have to go seat by seat for your work with fake answers from other side. The calculate enhancement cost file sent o Panchkula was sent back due to some wrong calculation by HUDA HISAR, Again i personally requested to send back and in this 2.5 months passed.
After enhancement cost of extra area updated and paid by me on the same day on 12/09/23 i again applied for CD.
Now the HUDA account branch is saying that total cost of plot is now changed to 672659 instead of earlier value given by them which was 663810.
Now they are saying for new stamps and new conveyance deed papers to be made.
I KEPT ON KEEPING MY PATIENCE THINKING THAT THE INCREASED AREA 1.8 m2 will be updated in few days and conveyance deed will be done. But the step by step prolonged harassment which HUDA is providing has obliged me to think that it is deliberate and this has crossed my height of patience. Kindly check the no. of applications which i have given which are not even noted in my file.
