Haus And Kinder — Unresponsive to customer complaints after receiving payment

Made a payment to Haus and Kinder via UPI for an order placed 26/4/22. Haven't received any confirmation mail or dispatch details, and when I try to contact customer care, they do not reply.
Tried commenting on their socials, and they deleted my comments. This looks like a scam.

I faced similar issue, with this website hausandkinder.com. They have WhatsApp and customer care number, I was calling, talking and shared all my issues but still no response after a month. Now, today they are saying they can't accept request for return and refund as it crossed time frame. This is really a cheat.
We all together have to raise complaint.
