HBL Global — Regarding my PF

am nagaraj c kamadolli employe code 12308.
am joining as a operation executive through HBL Global pvt ltd Bangalore.
i worked in HDFC credit card department richmond circale bengalore.
my joining date is 18/08/2014 and i resign my duty on 15/12/2014 becuse of the branch managers are decided to conver as an ADFC employe so mangers guide us to resign HBL as per managers guide line. i resign to my duty dated on (15/12/2014) still i didnt get PF amount for the period of 4 months from 18/08/2014 to 15/12/2014 so i reqest you to make it need full sir.
we are credit 4 months PF amount to my Bank A/C
and i encolsed the copy of joining letter and the relieving letter also please find the attachment copy.
