Sir i have paid my counselling fee of total amount rs. 22011 on 12 july 2017
I have not taken admission in hbtu kanpur. According to refund policy of hbtu kanpur i was supposed to get rs.20 000 refund but i didn't receive till now. I have provided my bank account details to them.
The university is not responding our calls.
Sir please help me to get my refund.
