We have been regularly calling up the service centre people, but no correct information has been given to us about the repair of the desktop. To name a few are: Mr. Sasikant, Mr. Lavkesh and Mr. Pradip Dahiya who is he Area manager, who always give stereotyped replies. According to customercare personnel the parts required for the said desktop is not available in the stores till date. Mr. Pradip Dahiya has a very prompt reply as and when asked about the said desktop. He very aptly replies each time that I am not in office, when I am back I will call you back, which he has never done till date . His mobile no. [protected]. Every time you speak to Mr. Dahiya you get the same standard reply it will be done today, just let me get back to office and I will call you, but that today has not come till date. We, therefore, request you to kindly move your good offices and look into the matter and take necessary action as already this is the 3rd month and the desktop is still lying unserviced. We were told initially that within 15-20 days we would get our desktop back Please help us out as you very well the use of such systems these days.
