[Resolved] HCL — defective screen, service center not responding and not returning my laptop | |||
Dear Sir, i have bought a HCL laptop form a dealer a few months back, after few days a line vertically was appeared on the screen after that i call to customer care and lodged a complaint with them, they advice me to contact service centre. i approached service centre and give laptop to them, but till date neither they are giving any response nor giving my laptop to me and also they are not answering my call. kindly help me to resolve my complaint.
