WoooWW!! I was thinking that only i have been cheated, but after seeing these comments i realized that i was not been betrayed like you all and escaped before joining it. I would like to share my BPO recruitment experience happened in Chennai. I was in second round of screening There was so many ppl already sitting in that room and we were standing as we didn't have place to sit.Even after seeing this they didn't ask or arrange seats even as a courtesy.After 1/2 an hr the guy came and asked us to talk about any general topics and started to call names. ppl who were already there was been said about it before we came.So they started to talk abt it person by person as he calls. But somehow i managed to talk abt ETHICAL HACKING as i know much abt it.Finally the round was completed but the main twist took place where ppl who talked abt their own life(I took bath, i went there, i went part tym job..BLAH BLAH BLAH) and for suprise a girl talked about her marrige, her family and her kids as an general topic.(WHAT THE [censored]). Those ppl got selected and once who talked about science, role model, sports got unselected.WHAT THE [censored] do these ppl think???? ARE WE MAD?? Or you ppl Want only DULLHEADS ???!! THE MAIN THING WHICH I WOULD SAY IS THOSE PPL WHO GOT SELECTED IN WHICH SOME OF THEM DOESN'T EVEN KNOWS TO TALK IN BETTER ENGLISH. HATES OF HCL!!
