I purchase a HCl me Y1 tab whose power button was faulty from the start. I submitted the tab in the service center on 03/03/2015 but since then there is no response of my call.The representative says that they are unable to acquire the parts required and they don't give me an exact answer as to whet my tab will be serviced. Kindly help me
