Last response I got from HCL pf team,
1. As per EPFO notification effective 1st September’2014, No employee shall be enrolled under pension membership whose PF wages (Basic+DA) are more that 15K unless they are pension member is their previous employment.
2. Form-11 is statutory document, wherein an employee made self-declaration about his/her previous employment at the time of joining. It’s an essential step when an employee joining to the organization and are mandatorily declare correct information in all respect. However, de-flagged by yourself being a non-pension membership in your previous employment is the selection made by you in Form -11 which is irreversible.
3. Mentioning UAN no in Form-11 is not an assurance of being pension member in previous employment unless an employee declare his/her pension membership in Form-11. in your cases, you have de-flag yourself from pension membership in Form-11 at the time of joining.
4. HCL is maintaining PF TRUST wherein EPF remittances are part of Trust, Pension is under EPFO. Since, you have de-flagged yourself from pension membership hence, there is no pension A/c no. generated and tagged with UAN.

Not sure how it's possible. Because If i de-flagged pension then How pf account will generate from HCL. this reason will not be correct one to update the employee service history under UAN. it's been 12 months I am following up HCL team.
