HCL Technologies — Not approving Online PF Transfer claim on time even on regular reminders. | |||
I am Shruti, an ex-employee of HCL. I had worked in HCL for 4years 3months and had left hcl in March this year. I had applied for PF Transfer online on 26th June 2015 and since then it is pending with HCL for approval. If not approved by 11th July2015, it will be rejected. For past few days, I am continuously writing mails/ calling the concerned person but till now I had not received any update. It has been 2 weeks since the claim is pending with HCL for approval. PFA the snapshot of the claim request. This is not the first time I am experiencing this kind of behavior from them. Earlier also, when the details showing on EPFO portal for the PF account number given in payslip was wrong, I had to follow up with the concerned person but then also I didn't get the required information for more than month long daily remainder mails. There are many more cases like this when I was mentally harassed to get any information from HCL since I left HCL. Was this information helpful? | |||
