HCL Technologies — Not getting any update from recruiter about BGV and onboarding process

Hi, my joining date was 29th January 2024, already extended twice now on my new joining date 19 Feb 2024 also I did not received any update or status on my BGV or joining confirmation. Recruiter not picking the phone, not replying to the email. I am not able to understand how BGV is taking too much time, it is more than one month BGV is going on, I have given all documents and information to them, they are not asking me for any documents/information then why BGV is taking too much time and why nobody is updating me with the status.
