HCL Technologies — Not receiving any OTP to my registered email id

Hi HCL Support,

I am an Ex-HCLities and my SAP id is, 52080781. When I am trying to login alumni portal, I am not getting OTP on this. New password reset emails are getting received and only OTP alone not getting. Can you have a look and fix it asap.
