Hcl - pf transfer issue:

My years of service and pension contribution amount was not credited to the current uan. After so many investigation and follow up with the cheenai office, they said the annex-k form received from the hcl is not having the utr number. Chennai pf office said, they need the annex-k form with the utr number in the annex-k form. Kindly share me the same

Updated by viswa12345 There is no update or annex-k form from the HCL yet. Chennai PF employment office, made it clear that they need the annex-k form with UTR number to update the service and pension amount in the UAN portal. Please consider this issue as urgent. Im doing multiple follow up, but no response from other end
