HCL Technologies — pf transfer /withdraw

Myself ravikumar tumula worked in hcl from july 2008 to sep 2009. And i have not withdrawn my pf from hcl and i have not transfered my pf to my new company. I left company on 25-sep-2009.

I tried to move this hcl pf to my current uan[protected]. But i cannot see my hcl pf number online to link with my current uan.

So now iam willing to with draw my pf. Please let me know the process. Please send me the concern documents to with draw my pf.
