I am writing to clarify the details of the Full & Final Settlement amount mentioned in the separation page.
My LWD is 12/01/2024. They release early without any proper information.As of now I didn't get relieving & experience letter but got F&F settlement on (1/02/2024).

Upon reviewing the settlement, I noticed that there is a deduction amount. I couldn't understand. Additionally, full and final amount is mentioned like ( -16, 6197 ). I mail multiple times to f&f settlement team. They didn't response.
Can u please provide clarification it to me?
