[Resolved]  HCL Technologies — Replacement not yet received

I thought HCL product is best till when i buy HCL V2 tab. Within 2 days i received tab display problem. When i register my complaint in HCL Touch regard that on 27 mar 14 (service order no M[protected], that they promised they will replace that tab within 15 days. But till now i didn't get replacement. When i questioned regard that to TOUCH service center, they replied your order was placed but we didn't get till now. Is this the way you treated your customer ? Do you know customer value ? Now I need the status of my query.
