HCL Technologies — Selected and salary agreed but offer letter not received

I got confirmation email of selection on 30th January 2023. HR discussion was completed on 6th February 2023 and agreed the CTC and HR told me that i will receive my offer letter in 1-2 weeks time its been almost 2 months but i have not received any update.

I have called HR (Gowthami Bunreddy), messaged, emailed and what not i tried everything to reach but she is rejecting my calls on the first ring and seeing my msgs in whatsapp but not replying.

What is this? Are these the values that HCL is promoting to their HR’s. Hr is the medium for candidate and company but why they are behaving like this.

If there is any issue or delay in process they need to answer and tell me.

Due to this i have loosed an important opportunity in my current organization as i tought of resigning, i didnt took up the onsite opportunity and a great project.
