HCL Technologies — Transfer PF/FPF amount from HCL trust to EPFO

I had been following up with PF help desk (HCL_PF.[protected]@hcl.com) for last 4 months to transfer my PF/FPF from HCL PF trust to EPFO. To prove myself as a right person, I had given all sort of documents. So many follow up. They are not user friendly, and they don't say all request in one short. Rather, they dragged me nearly 1 month to correct/finalize the documents. After a month, they have certified all the supporting documents were enough. And then, they asked me to send those documents (validated by PF team through an email) to HCL Head office in Noida through courier. So, I did the same. I was waited, waited and no response. After multiple email follow up, they updated stating that, my document was rejected, and they asked me to provide another supporting document. Finaly, I did the same the same as well and updated the same through an email. But as usual no response until today.

This is really un-acceptable behavior. The way it's going, my understanding is that HCL doesn't want to settle employe PF/FPF amount. I don't expect, the so called HCL company treat ex-employee in a very bad manner. So, kindly review this mater and settle / transfer my PF/FPF amount to EPFO.

An initial email confirmation from PF team stating the documents were good and enough to process.

Now, I'm really not sure how long do I need to wait this issue to be sorted out and get my money back from HCL. If you feel, the transfer is challenge, please settle my amount to my bank account at the earliest.
